Do you see Policy Server listed? -----Original Message----- From: Mailing list for discussion of Firewall-1 [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Behalf Of Quick, Richard A. I also looked under authentication and didn't see the secure client policy listed there. When I go into SmartUpdate I see the policy server and it has a rev of R54 even though I'm running R55. -----Original Message----- From: Reinhard Stich Sent: Friday, July 29, 2005 10:46 AM To: Quick, Richard A.; [email protected] Subject: RE: [FW-1] Problem in SmartView Status hi, check your gateway-object again if you have checked policy server in the installed products. cheers reinhard -----Original Message----- From: Mailing list for discussion of Firewall-1 [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of Quick, Richard A. Sent: Friday, July 29, 2005 9:13 AM To: [email protected] Subject: [FW-1] Problem in SmartView Status Morning all, I'm running a Nokia IP530 with NG AI R55 HFA_03 in a distributed environment with a W2K3 SmartCenter. When I open SmartView Status and expand out the Nokia it thinks that I have a policy server installed but it cannot connect to it. It lists it as "down". The issue is I don't have a policy server. I looked in SmartDashboard and I don't have it checked on the management or enforcement module. I also checked in Voyager and I don't see the package installed. The only items listed are (SVN, CPINFO, R55 NG AI and backward compatibility). How can I remove the Policy Server from the smart view so that I don't get a "bang" when it can't connect?
