I am not sure what you're referring to but I have an NGx box running and the routing protocol is "zebra": [EMAIL PROTECTED] pwd /etc/zebra [EMAIL PROTECTED] uname -a Linux dca-SPLAT-CLM 2.4.21-20cpsmp #1 SMP Thu May 5 19:21:27 IDT 2005 i686 i686 i386 GNU/Linux [ [EMAIL PROTECTED] fw ver This is Check Point VPN-1(TM) & FireWall-1(R) NGX (R60) - Build 458 [EMAIL PROTECTED] pwd /etc/zebra [EMAIL PROTECTED] ls bgpd.conf daemons.conf ospf6d.conf ospfd.conf ripd.conf ripngd.conf vtysh.conf zebra.conf [EMAIL PROTECTED] Someone said that in NGx uses something else other than zebra. If that is the case, why is zebra still in NGx?

Zebra is not included in any flavour of SPLAT NGX. Instead it was replaced by another product in SPLAT Pro (I'm affraid I can not recall its name right now)., However, Check Point says it is better than zebra (of course they would say that :).
