What other one time token systems are other people on this list using
with Secure Client? Or does everyone just use username/passwords?

I think you are going to have to use Visitor Mode, my DSL Modem won't
let me through without setting Visitor.  With that set I can connect
anytime and every time.

Does anyone have issues with using secureclient and a Netgear DG834g
wireless router... or for that matter wireless routers in general

The client has tried setting up ANY --> ANY rules, but still not
connecting... 
Not even getting past his router by the looks of it.
