Install SmartView Reporter R56 on a separate box and do not make it a log
server. On your SmartCenter, start with installing SmartView Reporter. It
will act like it's going to install the full-blown package and all of a
sudden it gives you the option to just install the add-in, which is what you
want.
The separate box will pull the logs from SmartCenter and consolidate them
into a MySql database. It's blazing fast. I would imagine if you know SQL
you could query the MySql database directly. You already have a second copy
of the logs so you don't need another log server.
Or did I completely mis the point?

Hi there, does anyone have any experience in running a Smartview
Reporter (distributed) on R55 and adding another log server, say R54,
to it to view the logs.
I cant see how to do it ?
