Those CP TAC bastards are very good at blaming problems on someone else. If you run SmartCenter on SPLAT, CP TAC will have no choice but to help you fix it. They can not blame problems on anyone else because CP is reponsible for the whole thing, OS and CP software. You can migrate your SmartCenter from Solaris to SPLAT quite easily, with upgrade_export tool.
