Hi there,

My environment consists of two Nokia IP530 Enforcement Modules with IPSO
3.7.1 Build20, NG AI R55W. These are configured as a cluster with VRRP.
These are managed by Windows 2000 server with NG AI R55W
I am having problems getting snmp_traps to work from SmartView
status_viewer.
I have configured the snmp alerts as per the checkpoint usercenters
advice but I don't see any traps leaving the box.

I.e I have configured the Custom Systems Alerts in SmartView Status
Viewer for No Policy Installed and Policy installed to SNMPTrap.

I have configured the relevant settings within the Global Properties,
Logs and Alerts but do not see any snmp traps leaving the boxes.

I have checked Checkpoint website and found solution ID's sk27314 and
sk27312 but still no joy.
Are there any further tests/configuration required for this.
Thanks in advance for help
Ravi
