You have to change your VSO lic for a CP Express lic, no matter how long you
have been paying for your annual software subscription. You can get a
trade-in credit for the VSO lic. Then you can upgrade to NGX, and you can
change the IP of the lic to whatever you want.
 Know this, there is not any additional functionality when upgrading from
Small Office to Express! the only thing that you get is the ability to
upgrade to NGX.
