Hi Marius I've had the same problem in the past with the same IPSO version; I'm not at my desk right now, so some terms might be wrong, anyhow...
For any protocol you wish not to drop, you musty select it and flag the "keep connection alive" flag under the protocol proprieties (e.g. if you don't want to have ssh connection dropped, go on services, tcp, ssh, proprieties (or advanced I can't remember right now) and flag the "keep connection alive").
