In the advanced settings for the port object, try selecting http as the protocol type.

I have an application that worked in iis on a server, wich had user authentication on http port 8080. In another server, i've installed another application running on apache and tomcat, but it is working in http port 8080, but when I ask for authentication, it doesn't load the rule, giving me an error that says that checkpoint, por 8080 and user authentication don't work well together... Is there any way i could put this to work? Thank you Miguel Ferreira ================================================= To set vacation, Out-Of-Office, or away messages, send an email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] in the BODY of the email add: set fw-1-mailinglist nomail ================================================= To unsubscribe from this mailing list, please see the instructions at http://www.checkpoint.com/services/mailing.html ================================================= If you have any questions on how to change your subscription options, email [EMAIL PROTECTED] ================================================= IMPORTANT: The information contained in this electronic message and/or its attachments is intended only for the use of the individual(s) named above and may contain information that is privileged and/or confidential.
