I had no choice but to roll back to HFA13. If the problem truly is the worm
catcher, I could not successfully disable it. This could be because my
SmartCenter is running NXG R60, or that my SmartDefense subscription expired
last week. Either way things are much better since rolling back to HFA13.

We've seen this problem with an in-house web app as well, with R55 HFA16 on
Solaris. In our case, disabling 'http worm catcher' is a temporary fix.
