Still glad I don't pay for SmartDefense.  :).

Uncheck everything in "MS-RPC over CIFS" including the group itself. I had 
"MS-RPC over CIFS Inspection Properties" set to Monitor Only and it still 
blocked it. I had to uncheck the entire group.

Gees, this is the second one in a month. I've never had issues like this 
before with SmartDefense.
