Hello,

We have NG_AI running under RedHat 7.3 and want to upgrade to NGX on
SecurePlatform.

After adding the NGX license unter NG_AI, doing upgrade_export on the RedHat
Box and upgrade_import on the SecurePlatform, all VPN Users are deleted.

Any suggestions?

You'll get a menu with some options for resetting SAs for all, or
specific, peers. There's probably a way of doing it in one line from
the command line, but the menu makes life easier.

If it's a regular occurrence, you might want to do some digging into
why it's occurring - make sure all your settings are the same between
both endpoints.
