I have some questions about a new Checkpoint design. Today we have an Enterprise license (unlimited internal hosts). As we are no longer under support, we plan to set up two new Nokia boxes (Nokia failover using VRRP) based on Checkpoint Express. We have about 800 nodes across the world. Most of nodes are external, connected through a third party VPN device located between ISP router and Firewall. 1/ Is Checkpoint Express ready for HA (Checkpoint express is cheaper than VPN-1 is)? 2/ On the inside interface I have less than 500 nodes, normally I should not meet any issue with the license count even if there are 300 nodes virtually connected to the external interface (NAT is disabled for this traffic), shouldn't I ?
