I was looking at the IP130 which has 256MB RAM, and is supposed to
support NGX. I thought the IP120 has 128MB RAM and doesn't support NG?

It's 2 bonded T-1s (3Mbps) with only 1 low-usage public web server behind
the router, although plenty of back and forth Windows traffic is used over
IPSec between the router and other firewalls, and some P2P which is hard on
the router's CPU. There are basically 2 Class C VLANs behind the router,
1 is for phones and doesn't traverse.
