If you look in the cluster-member properties on the NAT tab, is the [Add
automatic Address Translation rules] checked?
This might cause it and I guess you can resolve that with the NAT sollution
propesed before, to keep the source original from the nodes when they are
sending packets. Or you might just uncheck this automatic NAT...
