Are you using the built in IPSO rate shaping?

I have a Nokia IP740 with two Fiber Gig interfaces. Everything else is Fast Ethernet. Everything looks normal from Voyager and "ifconfig -a". However, when I look into the
/config/active I am seeing this:

ipsrd:interfaces:interface:eth3c0:bandwidth 1000
ipsrd:interfaces:interface:eth-s1p2c0:bandwidth 1000
ipsrd:interfaces:interface:eth-s1p1c0:bandwidth 1000
ipsrd:interfaces:interface:eth2c0:bandwidth 1000
ipsrd:interfaces:interface:eth4c0:bandwidth 1000
ipsrd:interfaces:interface:eth-s1p4c0:bandwidth 1000
ipsrd:interfaces:interface:eth-s2p1c0:bandwidth 1000
ipsrd:interfaces:interface:eth1c0:bandwidth 1000
ipsrd:interfaces:interface:eth-s1p3c0:bandwidth 1000
ipsrd:interfaces:interface:eth-s3p1c0:bandwidth 1000

Hmmm, my 740 has 3.7.1 Build010 and my /config/active file doesn't mention anything about the bandwidth of my interfaces.
