I'm back to trying to resolve this issue again.

If I set the "When disconnected, traffic to the encryption domain will be
Sent in clear" the client is still required to authenticate. My Enc_Domain
only contains the servers we access from the internet, should I also be
adding the workstations or the internal network to the Enc_Domain for this
to work?

I guess another option would be do setup the Securemote client to not run
at startup and just create an icon on the desktop to start the services
when they are away from the office and need to connect. This I suppose
would also avoid having the Securemote client using resources and slowing
bootup when it's only used occasionally when away from the office.
