I have been fighting that issue for a long time. I have learned to hate smart defense.
I be the last thing that I was to try to clear this issue up was going to R55W. I do not have a resolution on this but that was the version that the third tear support told me to go to. For untold reasons I was never able to get this done, provider-1 issues after that. I ended up putting an IPS in place and unchecking worm catcher.
