It's a tricky thing to get it to register correctly. I was having some troubles with r60 and MARS. However, I was able to get the logs pulled off of the FW eventually. This guide should give you the initial steps of what to do. I believe there is also a help file within the MARS web GUI that explains the steps needed. If I remember correctly you do not define it as Protego, MARS or anything - you just set it as a generic OPSEC application. We are going to be getting our MARS box in about a week (I was demoing it before). We have some consultants coming in to configure it for us. If you have questions then, still, get in touch with me.
