Nothing appears in your logs? If you are routing right shouldn't there be packets showing in your logs? How are you authenticating the user to your terminal server? If it's in your dmz and you are authenticating against your domain you need to open up the appropriate ldap and kerberos ports, but that should be showing up in your logs and I am not sure why it wouldn't.
