OT a little...
Instead of "Programs - settings - control panel - administrative tools -
 services" as suggested, you can do Start, Run, then type:

(no quotes obviously)
"services.msc" for the services applet
"compmgmt.msc" for the Computer Management console
etc...

Do a search for *.msc files for all the options.
