SmartDefense is not capable of blocking MSN messenger completely. If you
don't grant MSNMS access, MSN messenger will try http access to MSN hosts
and that way the user will be able to successfully use MSN messenger.

You should create a rule that blocks all your clients from contacting MSN
messenger hosts via http or MSNMS.

After that you can enable some hosts to be able to use MSNMS so that MSN
messenger can contact via MSNMS to messenger servers.
