If you do an Advanced search and limit the time period, say, to a week, you
can use just a * as the search phrase and it returns all new articles within
that time period.
If you submit a comment using the column on the right-hand side, they
automatically open a new SecureTrak case for it and you get feedback on what
you wrote. I've used it a few times and it works nice. Sometimes it takes a
few weeks but each time I've submitted something, I've gotten feedback and
clarified wording in the article or whatever it pertained to.
