That's correct, you only are missing the path where cp2bdhtml is located, if
it's in the current working directory just put a period, get rid of the <>
keys also after -o type the filename. Or if you don't set un a filename the
default is 1.html. the filename is optional.

Cpdb2html . c:\backupfw1  10.XX.XX.X  jims  ****** -o  filename
