A good option would be to put an external machine with a proxy such as
Squid or MS ISA Server on the new "external network".
Configure your HTTP out rules so that they'll use this machine as an
external proxy.
Interesting idea. Does that mean I'll need to keep a second firewall for the
new ISP (and make the default gateway of the proxy server that new
firewall) and change all of the desktops to use the proxy server? Or did you
have something else in mind? Thanks again
