You should not have a problem changing the IP unless your license is attached to that IP. In case using local license, your license may have to be moved to the new IP or converted to Central license where possible. You may have to change the IP on the smartcenter object if you are using your external IP there....RK

Dear all,
Is it possible to migrate the firewall by changing only the
external interfaces' IPs ? I have a firewall cluster (two enforcement
servers) and one management which runnning on Check Point NG AI R55
HFA14 together with RainFinity RainWall 3.1 SP5. Currently, our company
undergo a major network revamp which cause certain major services to
have a new IP designation including my firewall cluster. The internal
interfaces' IPs are retained but I have to change the current external
IPs for a new network. If it is possible, can anyone give me a simple
guide for this? Thanks very much for your assistance.

Regards,
             Alex
