Hi Luiz, I had an issue like this with SmartCenter and a new SPLAT external Module. SIC work good, and I pushed some first policies on the SPLAT module. After this, I cannot made some things like "Get Checkpoint Data" in SmartUpdate (error message = "no cprid connection between management and module. Reestablish Trust between management and module"), even after making a "fw unloadlocal" which discharges policies on the SPLAT module (Note: make this discharges shorter in time as possible !) I found SK19986 talking about this kind of problems, so I only reboot the SPLAT module, and all works.
