Also try "fwm unloadlocal" on the member and do a policy install.....RK

You don't have to detach the cluster member to do that. Just go onto the module, run cpconfig and choose reset SIC from there. Then within SmartDashboard, there is an option to reset SIC. However, before doing that, I would follow standard network troubleshooting procedures to check the path between your management server and the cluster. Have you checked the path, made sure that all firewalls along the way allow the traffic, made sure that the routing is correct everywhere, especially on your module?
