Hi, How SNMP Enabling will impact firewall performance? Anybody has done that? will cpu utilization go considerably higher ?

As long as your ISP router is forwarding the traffic for that IP range to your firewall, you can go ahead and implement static NAT (or Hide NAT) with the new IP range and it does works.
