Is your CXL HA New Mode set to Active Up or Primary Up?

Active Up = If a standby member becomes active after a failover, then let it
remain the active member when the primary member is back online -- primary
assumes role of standby.

Primary Up = If a standby member becomes active after a failover, then it
will become a standby member once the primary is back online -- primary
resumes role as active.
