I would build now to gain the experience -- why not -- still a few months
away for second data center, anyway.

Since it is a secondary mgmt server, you should be able to move; but
worse-case is a re-build of the secondary mgmt.

Things to consider when moved to another subnet:

License
OS IP / routing
/etc/hosts file
Object's IP
Static / Manual NAT rules
SIC
