OK been talking to our rep and it seems they sold us a 'express' license
for this cluster - not sure why yet and in discussions about it.
However is there any way to manually query and or increase the number of
allowed connections without this tab being present. It seems this is the
only cluster we have where this tab is not present!

if you have Enterprise/Pro installed it should be in the properties of
the cluster itself. To point out where to find it, I made a screenshot,
