Hi,

I have 2 x Sun V210 servers running Solaris 9 and Checkpoint FW-1 R55-AI HFA14 with ClusterXL in HA mode.

When the CPU use gets to between 50-60%, the firewalls fail-over. The logs they generate are as follows:

"server-1" "cluster_info: (ClusterXL) member 1 (10.22.22.254) is down (Problem Notification on member 1 (10.22.22.254) detected a problem (cphad).)."

"server-1" "cluster_info: (ClusterXL) member 1 (10.22.22.254) is up (Problem Notification on member 1 (10.22.22.254) status OK (cphad).)."

"server-1" "cluster_info: (ClusterXL) member 1 (10.22.22.254) is up."

"server-1" "cluster_info: (ClusterXL) member 1 (10.22.22.254) is standby."

"server-2" "cluster_info: (ClusterXL) member 1 (10.22.22.254) is down."

"server-2" "cluster_info: (ClusterXL) member 2 (10.22.22.253) is active."

Does anyone have any idea how to make it so they won't fail over under load, only when an interface goes down or similar, or have any idea why it might be happening?

Thanks

Trevor
