I have a MDS license for 3 CMAs. I have only defined 2 cmas:

[provi]# mdsstat
+--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------+
| Processes status checking
               |

| Total customer add-ons checked: 2 2 up 0 down
               |
| Tip: Run mdsstat -h for legend
               |
+--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------+
[provi]#

As I fetch the license to the MDS I get a license violation error:

License violation detected:
The license on MDS 'provi' allows to manage 3 CMAs and/or CLMs.
4 are already defined.

Does anyone knows where does MDS fetch CMAs information from? I searched
all databases but found no "zombies" CMAs. This is a clean Provider-1
instalation on splat with last HFAs applied:
