Correct my goal is to move all of my global objects to local objects, I am looking for a way not to have to do them one by one by hand.

When you apply a global policy to a CMA, you'll then be able to use global objects in a local rulebase. You'll want to remember that if you use global objects in a local rulebase, you'll need to remove them before you can detach the global policy.
