Why not having a centralized SurfControl/Websense/etc - and have UFP integration
with your gateways? - Since all the gateways have response caching and
the bandwidth
is not that much (one packet may suffice for the URL and 1 packet for
the reply - by
themselves) could help. This as well allows to centrally decide what's
good and what's
not good for all your offices, and you get central reports as wel...

Also be aware: Using UFP may introduce some performance issues, depending on
current utilization, amount of Web traffic, etc... but since evals are
usually  available
for those products, may be worth the try...
