It's protocol field # is 50.  It's been so long since I've used 4.1 I'm
not sure of the interface specifics any more, but on any of the newer
versions you add it as a new "other" type, and just define the IP
protocol number as 50 to define it as a service - hopefully it's similar
in the 4.1 GUI.
