Well, you must be feeling good that you have such a unique problem no one

result: no answer

I tryed with "User-to-User support" and they send me to Checkpoint support:
"... Yes sir, this topic should be forwarded to the CheckPoint enterprise
support team sir".
Well, I will try with "CheckPoint enterprise support team"
