Can you elaborate on what the bug is? We had an issue with SC unable to receive any officemode ip's (no officemode ip, no DNS info) even though they authenticate to the gateway just fine. Thios only occurs after a userdatabase push. The workaround at the time was to push the policy to the EM's, This was fixed by applying hotfix for HFA03
