I used the feedback form on their website to report the issue. However according to the reply I got this is an issue that should be dealt with by tech support. Unfortunately I only have a software subscription so I can't open a support call to tell them they (potentially) have a broken file on their site.
I tried downloading the file again but I still get the same issue.
