Hello, I've configured a VPN Remote access on my firewall. When trying to install the Desktop Security Policy on the enforcement module, the communication between the SmartCenter and the enforcement module failed.
I've got the following message : 'Installation failed. Reason: Due to a timeout value of 600000 (mili-secs) (port=18191) (IP=X.X.X.X), SmartCenter Server aborted the connection with the peer.' This issue still occurs if I mark all Desktop Security rules as disable. To re-establish the communication between the SmartCenter and the enforcement point, I need to restart my 'cpd' daemon. My configuration is the following : * Management Server and enforcement module on different machines * Enforcement point : CheckPoint NGX R60 on Nokia IP580 * Management Server : SmartCenter running on Windows 2003 server Does anyone encountered this problem ?
