You could do it with a single command on the management station:

fwm dbexport -f a:\userlist.txt -a name comments groups expiration_date

This command will output the user list to a text file a:\userlist.txt, and will include the name, comments, groups, and expiration date fields. You can easily modify it to include other fields or output to a different location.
