I stopped tracking on one interface setting as "private non-monitored", the 
sync net runs ok but this not resolve the problem,  I need unregister clustered 
interfaces.
 
I create also dismntd.if file (on $FWDIR/conf), adding the interface, and after 
restart the cluster node they are not active on the cluster.
 
Any idea?

Are you trying to have ClusterXL stop tracking on one interface ? If so then
you don't have to try and unregister the critical devices. You can instead
mark the one interface as disconnected.
