Don't know if anyone has replied to this but after you do the
"upgrade_import" go into $CPDIR/conf and cp cp.license to cp.something.
You then go into cp.license file and remove it's contents so it's once
again an empty file, restart the Checkpoint process and it should
default back to using the 15 day eval.
