NAT traversal is enabled on the gateway. There has been no changes done to the router.
The users can authenticate properly to the firewall, but cannot get to any resources. Nothing in the logs either. Maybe it was enabled before but that was changed... If this was working before, I would look for recent changes either on the router or the way VPN connectivity is taking place.
