Since the boot manager on a 440 comes from a floppy, I build what ever IPSO I desire on the 440 from booting to the floppy then transfer that drive to a 330. Like Reinhard said you can also use the dd utility if you have a good drive. I have heard of Ghost and other utilities being used to copy good drives but have never tried these methods.

I thought with IP650 and IP130 the boot manager comes on a flash not the hard drive.
