looks like the *.checkpoint.com domain was not available for about one day.
maybe santa brings a secondary DNS for check point
or maybe checkpoint was testing some new smartdefense signatures for DNS.
btw: makes not too much sense to write emails to a
checkpoint.com-address about checkpoint.com problems
well - now it's up again.
