Hi all, Due to a recent acquisition that our company has gone through, we need to update the global objects for all of our managed-client's security policies. As there are a fair few changes necessary, I have created a brand new set of objects in order to replace the old with.
As it is not possible to have more that one global policy, I know that I have to delete the old one from the CMAs. Alas, this cannot be done in one action - you have to remove each of the global objects from the rules in all the legacy security policies, as well as the current one, and for some of them this goes back 2 or 3 years. Alternatively, this can be accomplished by deleting all legacy policies, and modifying the current one, although this is highly undesirable, as some of our customers are banks. So, to my request...Is there any way this can be accomplished easily, without so much hassle? Platform: Provider-1 NG FP3 on Solaris 8. Kindest regards, Barny. ================================================= To set vacation, Out-Of-Office, or away messages, send an email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] in the BODY of the email add: set fw-1-mailinglist nomail ================================================= To unsubscribe from this mailing list, please see the instructions at http://www.checkpoint.com/services/mailing.html ================================================= If you have any questions on how to change your subscription options, email [EMAIL PROTECTED] =================================================
