During the holiday I have looked at the conception of podcast files. They are structured RSS feeds in XML. The RSS feed doe not contain in itself any other file, but a reference to other file. This is like any other http transfer.
This is at least my understanding of podcasts at this point. You can find additional information on my website in the following article http://www.tla.ch/TLA/NEWS/2006it/2006-12-31-podcast.htm Bye for now and let us know about your experience, Christian ALT Telecom and Logistics Associates Network Security Company Security Lead Auditor for ISO 27001 http://www.tla.ch Agenda Romand de la formation IT et Securité http://www.tla.ch/agenda.htm -----Original Message----- From: Mailing list for discussion of Firewall-1 [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of Doyle, Craig Sent: mercredi, 10. janvier 2007 13:53 To: [email protected] Subject: [FW-1] RSS Feeds and CheckPoint Friends, Have any of you had experience with handling RSS feeds through R61 NGX ? My understanding is that RSS feeds are basically constructed on XML, but being they can transport attachments like MP3 and others it would be nice to know if certain elements can been filtered or otherwise inspected.
