Ray, in the reference you made it seems as if you are implying any version of
Nokia IPSO 3.8.1 build 44 to Ipso 4.1 build 19 would not require patching. Is
this correct?

Subject: Re: [FW-1] Day light saving change in the US

Check out http://www.cpug.org/forums/showthread.php?t=3685 . Edge boxes
don't have a DST setting and I forgot to open a call with Nokia on v3.9

The Windows Server 2003 patch is currently "recommended" and will go to
"critical" probably in February. So far I've installed it dozens of times. A
reboot has never been needed if it's the only patch getting installed.

You can use Microsoft's TZEdit Resource Kit utility, which they have made
available for download, to manually fix the Windows 2000 boxes. It's
dirt-simple to use. Just make sure you select a new time zone and apply it
and then reselect the correct time zone after you make the changes, or the
changes you made with TZEdit will not be put into effect. The link for
TZEdit is found in the Windows 2000 box on
http://www.microsoft.com/windows/timezone/dst2007.mspx

It's moving up by three weeks to March 11 and back one week to November 4.

Yes, I am the point person for this issue for our company. :-)

Ray
